Alternative, install it directly from your Wordpress Blog by searching for the plugin "Backuper". == Frequently Asked Questions == = What is the difference between a "Database Only" and "Everything" backup? = When selecting "Only backup the database"; Only the database will be backed up, nothing else. When you select "Everything" then everything will be backed up, this include database, uploads, plugins, themes etc. = How often should I backup my blog? = This depends on a lot of different things, mostly how popular your website is and how often you update it with new content. We recommend a daily backup (entire site). = What happens with my backups? = Your backups will be send to your email account when completed.
