a. Unzip the files to a location you desire.
b. Open "options.php" and change all the options to your liking.
c. Upload "form.php," "options.php," and "send.php" to the same directory.
d. Use "form.php" to send messages to the email address specified.

You can style the form on "form.php" however you like using either CSS or
(X)HTML.
