Installation


Unpack the contents of distribution archive to the target folder on your server.

Make sure to set the following files permissions
[ log ]ifolderj --- [777]
form.cgi --- [666]
ip.cgi --- [666]
skin.cgi --- [666]


Usage

Open up cfg.php in a text editor and edit id and password.
$id = yourid
$pass = yourpassword


To access your forms enter your website address (www.yoursite.com/form/login.php) and follow the on screen instructions.
