Wordpress Backup is a backup utility for WordPress and helps admins create automated backups of a WP site and send it via email.

Installation:
- Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Features of Wordpress Backup:
- Choose between: Twice per hour, Hourly, Daily, Weekly or Monthly backups.
- Choose between “Complete” or “Database Only” backups.
- Backups are send to your inbox.
- Instant backups.

Requirements:
- WordPress 3.3.1 or Higher
