Weather.com API Class 1.0

This is a PHP script to retrieve weather conditions using the Weather.com API. It sends HTTP requests to the Weather.com Web services API Web server to retrieve the current weather conditions in a given location.
Functions can retrieve the conditions description and image, temperature, humidity, ultraviolet rays level, sunrise and sunset times, wind speed and direction, etc..
Requirements:
- PHP 5.0 or Higher
- Weather.com API key
