True Singleton Class 1.0.5

True Singleton Class can only be instantiated using a static function that assures that there is only one object of that script. If this Singleton design patterns script was already instantiated, it returns a reference to the previously created script object.
Functions for storing, retrieving and deleting object properties, are also provided.
