Smarty Template Engine Loader 1.0

This is a PHP script to load Smarty template themes defined in XML config. It will scan theme definitions in XML file located in directory with names defined by the theme names.
The script can return details of the theme like the name, author, URL, e-mail address, version, description and publication date. If needed, this script will delete the directory of a given theme and its contents.
Features of Smarty Template Engine Theme Selection script:
- Can be used to load installed theme using Smarty Template Engine.
- Can activate theme or delete/uninstall theme using this class.
- Can use this class for simple template base scripts.
