phpHaml is a PHP tool for working with HAML files which is a markup language and template engine that’s used to cleanly and simply output HTML code.
It is able to parse and interpret HAML, without having Ruby installed on the server. All is done inside the PHP core. A version of phpHaml for PHP 4 can be found here (php4haml).
