PHP CAPTCHA with Refresh 1.0

PHP CAPTCHA with Refresh generates an image with a given width and height display a random validation text with a given length. The generated random text is stored in a session variable for posterior validation.
A specified background image is used to obfuscate the generated images before they are served in JPERG format as the active script output.
