This PHP script is able to use interface to the VSMS BulkSMS API over HTTP, which makes it possible to send short text messages to many mobile phones using PHP Scripts. VSMS refers to a web service provider of short text messaging(SMS) services to mobile phones.

This script provides a near-complete implementation of the BulkSMS API, including sending SMS message to one or bulk messaging to a list of mibile phones, manupulating phone number lists and getting several types of status information, phone number formatting and verification.
