Observerable 1.0

Observerable is created to define an observer design patterns interface, the observer interface will be used to define a function for observer classes which is called when observed objects are updated. There's another class in this script to be responsible for keeping track of all observer object. It can add and remove observer objects and notify the observers when the observerable object is updated.
