mobilyws SMS 1.0

mobilyws SMS connects to the mobily.ws Web server on behalf of a given authenticated user and sends a given SMS message. It expects messages in the windows-1256 character encoding, but it converts to utf-16 encoding before sending.
The current balance of a specified user account can also be retrieved.
