HTML_QuickForm_ComboBox is a class that implements a custom input to use with PEAR HTML_QuickForm package that acts as an editable combo box.
The custom input lets the user select a value from a list of predefined text values or enter a new value in a text input field. The predefined list of values appears below the text input when the user clicks on the select button.
