GentleSource Poll & Voting is a free and open source PHP script which helps you put votes and polls on your website to allow your visitors to select one option and click the submit button to vote. The options that visitors can select could be displayed as radio buttons with text or images. The results will  be displayed as graphical bars. To prevent fraudulent votes, this PHP Poll & Voting script uses the IP address of the user and/or Cookies to make sure that every visitor can only vote once.
