ContentBBcode Parser 1.0

This class can be used to parse and reformat BBCode like tags as HTML.
The class recognizes special tags that start with the name rk: OR rk_ . When these are found in the content text with this BBCode like tags, it looks up in a SQLite database for the PHP code that can process the tags that were found.
The class can also initialize the tags database if it does not exist. The class initializes the tags database with two that are pre-defined to insert a Google search form and another to highlight PHP code.
More tags can be added using a Web forms based user interface provided by the class.
