Change Web Site Mode 1.0

Each Web site must have copy of all files in the production server and in a test server. Change Web Site Mode allows the user to switch between the two copies of the site without having to change the URL.
A graphical interface for switching between test and production sites is provided. The test version may be run in the local machine or in another machine.
