Bit Array is meant to manipulate compact array of bit values. These values are represented as booleans, where true indicates that the bit is on (1) and false indicates the bit is off (0). The class can manipulate bit arrays that are stored internally as strings.

The bit arrays may have variable length that is specified when an object of the class is created. Currently the length is limited to 32 bits.

Bit Array provides functions to get and set individual bits values. It also provides functions to perform the bitwise logical operations between two bit arrays AND, OR, XOR and also NOT operartion to invert the bits of one array.

Bit Array is a PHP port of the BitArray class of the .NET framework.
