OSShare is an opensource PHP video/photo sharing script , Which has some functionalities of youtube,rapidshare.
Uses mysql,ffmpeg,flvtool(opt),gd or ImageMagick Built on CakePHP support for both PHP4,PHP5, Windows/*nix visit.
